• Safely and efficiently operate Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) of various sizes, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
• Transport goods and materials to designated locations in a timely manner.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring secure and proper handling.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness.
• Follow delivery schedules and maintain accurate records of deliveries.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.

Requirements:

• Valid HGV license with relevant categories and a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as an HGV Driver, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Knowledge of relevant traffic and safety regulations.
• Strong understanding of load securing techniques and best practices.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading of goods.
